You may of noticed that when you ordered your Maderia Thread spools, they looked different. Madeira recently re-designed their spools to the new Mini-Snap Cone.  We are certain you will love the new design, especially engineered to improve performance.  Now Madeira spools will resemble the shape of their cones, for easy operation.  Lock down thread ends at the base of the mini-cone by pushing thread into the notch and sliding thread around the groove in the base.  Top quality thread and yardage remain the same.

Please be patient while we transition over to the Mini-Snap Cone! Orders will be shipped with a mixture of the old spools and new cones during the transition period.
